Evaluating the procurement process at an organisation
Make vs. buy is a recurrent theme in every organisation. When the state buys, it enhances state capability by harnessing the private sector through contracts. Karan Gulati and Anjali Sharma have released Trustbridge Working Paper 4/2024, An evaluation framework for public procurement processes which helps create methods for future analyses of one organisation at a time. On 17 July, they have an unveiling article for this paper on The Leap Blog.
